Technical Sales Professional required

Can you sell a successful technical product to the UK transport industry?

You need to show:

· Proven record of success selling a technical product

· Quick learner keen to learn new technologies

· Aptitude for building good relationships with clients and colleagues

· Tenacity and resourcefulness to get through closed doors

· Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written

· Ability to manage your own diary with a varied workload

· GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent)

· 5 years’ proven experience in a similar role

· Computer-literate with knowledge of CRM systems

· Able to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues

The successful candidate will work closely with their colleagues to create, identify and close sales, rental and contract opportunities. They will liaise with prospects and customers to understand their requirements and find the right solution for their needs; develop, present, promote, and close the proposal through to order receipt.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: Monday-Friday nominally 40 hours pw, but the successful candidate will work flexible hours as required. Extensive travel throughout the UK will mean occasional overnight stays, averaging one night a week. Based from home, you will need to demonstrate a history of working remotely, be self-motivated with a ‘can do’ attitude and with strong interpersonal skills, excellent time management, and the ability to optimise results.
